Flat Iron Filets

Truly one of our absolute favorites!! Approximately 1/2 lb each per order of this delicate,  super tender filet, loaded with flavor. Marinate for 30 minutes in fresh squeezed lime juice, balsamic vinegar or your marinade of choice. Cooks in a couple of minutes per side on the grill or in a cast iron skillet. Slice and serve in your tacos, enchiladas or over rice or salad greens.
