					<description><![CDATA[Always glad to know that when I have the inclination to make beef stock, I can go to the Peekskill Farmer’s market and buy bones from Pam and know there is nothing better than products I buy from her.  They come from animals that have lived all their days without being injected with antibiotics or other chemicals, and have spent their entire lives grazing the grasses from green unadulterated fields in summer, and those same fields’ fragrant bales in winter.]]></description>
