In many cultures, white sage smudge sticks are seen as a symbol of protection against negative energies. They can also be used as a tool to help with manifestation.

To use:

Light the tip of the sage smudge stick.  Let burn for 20 seconds and then gently blow out to create smoke. Walk around the area you wish to cleanse, gently fanning the sage as you go. You may also sit with the sage and set your intentions,  visualizing what you desire to manifest in your life.

To extinguish stick, press into a fire safe bowl.
