Eight Mile Creek Farm is a family owned and operated farm situated between the Catskill Mountains and the Helderbergs, in the hilltown region of Albany county. Our farm consists of hay fields, vegetable gardens, ponds, a creek, woodlands and rolling pastures. Because of the diversity of our landscape, we are home to a variety of wildlife, including river otter, beaver, fisher, porcupine, waterfowl, racoon, fox, coyote, bear and deer. The farm and some of it's buildings date to 1835. It is named after the Eight Mile Creek, which originates in the Helderberg Mountains.
